It’s like having a coach by your side – offering wisdom and encouragement throughout your journey with different voices and vibes. Whether you’re seeking a quick anxiety reset, muscle recovery, or a morning awakening, these sessions have guided audio, soundscapes, and structured breathwork, to provide you with a rich and immersive experience.
Step 1: Suit up and stand next to your Monk, or next to whatever cold body of water awaits you.
Step 2: Choose your guided plunge. To do this you can either tap ‘O’ in the bottom left corner and tap ‘Guided plunge’, or tap ‘Discover’ on the bottom bar, and browse through the options available.
Scroll through the available plunges and choose the one you’d like to follow.
Step 3: Once you’ve chosen your plunge, tap ‘Start plan’ and follow the instructions.
