How do I share my plunge details on social media?

The social credit, the pat on the back, and the accountability are a few clicks away! Sharing through the app is simple.

Step 1: Tap on Data, then Plunges.

Step 2: Tap the plunge you want to share.

Step 3: Tap the blue Share button.

Now, it's decision time. You can either flaunt the predesigned plunge artwork (we knew you'd love it) or break the mould and post a photo of yourself on the other side of the ice.

Step 4: When prompted to flex your bragging rights, tap Share and snap a photo.

Here you've got the chance to customise your share. Display your plunge time, temperature, or heart rate – or go all in and show off all three (we highly recommend it!).

Step 5: Select your preferred option and tap Next

Step 6: Tap share

Step 4: Choose your social media channel and voilà!
