If you encounter an error message or fault, let us know right away, and we’ll get it fixed. The Monk app will alert you to issues like chiller, pump, or filter faults, as well as notifications for things like accidentally leaving the Monk lid off. You can either contact support by submitting a ticket or troubleshoot the problem yourself.
- Troubleshooting: Please follow our Troubleshooting guides to try and solve the issue.
- Reporting the Issue: Take a screenshot of the error message when it appears. This will automatically create a new ticket for you to send to us. Please provide as much info as you can, including what you were trying to do when the error message came up.
- Submitting a Ticket: If the app doesn’t give you the option to submit a ticket, please email hello@discovermonk.com, and our team will get back to you promptly.
