Replacing your Shiver Pro's filter cartridge

For residential use, we recommend replacing your filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks to keep your water clean and protect the system. For commercial use, please refer to the Monk for Business Maintenance Guide provided during your installation. 

1. Turn off the chiller via the display panel, then switch off the power at the back of the unit.
2. Close the valve on the inlet hose, to stop water flowing out during the next steps.
3. Use the large end of the supplied filter wrench to unscrew the filter cap.
4. Remove the filter cartridge and discard it (or rinse it, if reusing).
5. Insert a new filter cartridge, and tighten the filter housing until secure. Don't overtighten.
6. Close the filter cap, reopen the inlet valve, and turn the chiller back on. Done!
