How are Monk Nomad & Shiver Delivered?

Not long to wait - your Monk Nomad or Monk Shiver will be on its way before you know it!

All Nomad and Shiver orders are shipped via DPD, and you’ll receive an order confirmation right after purchase. Once your order is packed and ready to roll, we’ll send a dispatch notification followed by tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey.

If you’ve ordered a bundle, your bath and chiller will arrive in two separate packages, usually on the same day, but occasionally a few hours apart.

You won’t need to be home to receive your delivery. DPD will leave your parcel in a safe place if you’re out, so your cold plunge is ready and waiting when you are.

Delivery and setup are simple. Once everything’s arrived, you can install your Monk yourself using our installation guide - no tools or special skills required.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within the delivery window displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
