Mistakes happen, we get it! If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as quickly as possible and we will do everything we can to catch it before it goes out! Orders can only be cancelled up until they've been processed for shipment - if your order has already been processed, our team will happily assist you with returning your product as soon as it's been delivered.
Nomad and Shiver orders are typically processed within 24h of the order being placed. Origin orders typically take a little longer due to the additional steps required to schedule delivery.
