Water is coming from underneath my Shiver Pro

If you notice water dripping from your Shiver Pro chiller, this is almost always due to a lose seal or connection in your system.

1. Turn off your chiller using the power button on the control panel and power down the unit using the switch on the back (it's under the protective cover!).
2. Close the valve on the chiller inlet to prevent water from running into the chiller.
3. Remove the metal filter cap cover and unscrew the black filter cap cover using the filter wrench provided. Remove the cap completely and inspect the blue o-ring on the inside. Ensure that the o-ring is seated correctly, and has no visible sign of wear, twisting, or damage. 
4. Replace the filter cap and tighten completely using the filter wrench.
5. Open the chiller inlet valve and check if any bubbles are escaping from underneath the filter cap. If they are, we may need to replace your o-ring or filter cap.
6. Open all valves and turn the chiller back on. If the chiller is still leaking, we may need to open it to check where it's coming from. Please contact our support team at support@discovermonk.com

If water is coming from the back of the chiller, run your finger under each hose connection, the small filter cap, and the drain cap to determine where the water is leaking from. Tighten the connections accordingly.
