My Shiver Pro is turned on but the pump and compressor are not coming on

When you fill or refill your bath, air may enter the system, preventing proper circulation. To address:

1. Turn off the chiller on the control panel, and shut off the main power on the RCD unit on the rear face of the chiller
2. Fill the bath until the water level is above the reference line on the rear face of your Shiver Pro
3. Ensure the valves on the Shiver Pro are open
4. Remove the metal filter cap cover on top of the chiller
5. Using the filter wrench provided, undo the filter cap. When you do this, water will fill the filter compartment. Some water may overflow into the chiller housing - this is normal.
6. Close the filter cap by hand and tighten using the filter wrench, ensuring a tight fit - any leaking will allow water out and air into the system, resulting in an unstable flow rate. If water does not flow into the filter compartment, fill it using a cup or container.

If you attempted to start the chiller when air was still in the system, a yellow exclamation mark may appear on the screen. This is usually because the chiller detected low or unstable water pressure in the system, and entered protection mode to prevent damage. To reset this, turn the chiller off using the power switch on the back of the unit (under the plastic cover). Turn it back on once you have completed the steps above to restart the cycle.
