Overview of the Monk Shiver Chiller

Meet your Monk Shiver

• Shiver has a fan and a vent which must remain free of obstructions at all times. This is to prevent the unit from overheating. If you cover Shiver, please ensure that your cover does not obstruct these elements
• If you're using your Shiver with the Monk Nomad ice bath, connect one hose to the red inlet and red outlet, and one to the green inlet and green outlet on the Shiver and Nomad
• Shiver's filter can be easily removed and cleaned using the filter wrench supplied

Using the Control Panel

1. On/Off: Press to turn the chiller on or off
2. Set: Press set to enter the temperature mode
3. C/°F : Press once to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Long press to set-up Wi-Fi. The icon will blink while connecting and stay lit once connected (you'll need the app to complete this)
4. ▲/▼: Use the arrows to set your ideal temperature (3–45°C / 37–113°F)
5. Lock / OK: Long press for 3 seconds to lock or unlock the control panel. Press OK to confirm your selection
