Warming up
The key is to allow the body to warm itself up naturally after the plunge, rather than jumping
straight into a hot shower, bath or sauna. This forces the metabolism to ramp into gear, and gain more health benefits. Some ways to help warm up naturally are light movement, dry off with a towel, or have a warm drink.
Contrast therapy
If guests are doing contrast therapy and are rotating using the sauna and ice bath, ensure they end on cold to maximise the benefits.
