Monk features a powerful 0.6 HP (horse power) cooling unit. When talking about HP, it’s also important to note the volume of water – you could have a 1HP chiller, but if it’s cooling a large body of water, than it won’t be efficient.
Thanks to Monk’s ergonomic design, it requires just 160–220 litres of water (significantly less than the 450-litre average of most ice baths). This lower water volume, combined with Monk’s excellent insulation, ensures the bath retains its coolness for longer, reducing the need for constant cooling power and enhancing overall efficiency.
