To reserve your Monk, you pay a $499 deposit, which secures your spot in the delivery queue and locks in a $1799 discount off the final product price. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your Monk is ready, we’ll notify you and charge the remaining balance before setting up your delivery date and time.
2. When do I pay the remaining balance?
Once your Monk is ready for delivery, we’ll send you an email notification. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance, and then securely deleted for your safety.
3. Can I pay off my balance early?
Yes, you can! Simply find your order confirmation email and click on "View Order." From there, you’ll be able to select "Pay Now" and complete the checkout process to pay off the remaining balance ahead of time.
4. What if I change my mind? Is my deposit refundable?
Absolutely. Your $499 deposit is fully refundable. If anything changes between now and when your Monk is ready to ship, you can request a refund of your deposit.
5. How do I know my spot in the delivery queue?
Our system operates on a first-come, first-served basis. By paying the $499 deposit, you secure
your place in the queue. The sooner you reserve, the sooner your Monk will be delivered once it’s ready.
6. Will I be reminded before you charge the remaining balance?
Yes, once your Monk is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification from the Monk Team. After that, we will charge your saved payment method for the remaining balance.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available in our store. Your payment method will be securely stored for charging the balance later.
8. Can I change my payment method after reserving?
