What is Monk Origin made of?

Origin is made out of a Polyethylene (PE), which is one of the most used materials in these kinds of products.

PE offers excellent chemical resistance, stiffness, and, most critically, exceptional thermal insulation. This means Origin is both long-lasting and energy-efficient, unlike materials like tin, which lose temperature quickly and require more electricity to maintain

We’re embracing a circular economy approach to the lifecycle of Origin. When we deliver our ice baths, we remove all packaging and recycle it, and at the end of their life we can recycle them using a WEEE-Certified recycling process (80% of Monk components are recyclable).
