How is Monk delivered?

Monk is delivered with a ‘white glove delivery’ service. That means a two man team will deliver your Monk, place it where you want it, and take away all the packaging.

Prior to delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a time and ensure you’ve completed the pre-delivery checklist for a seamless experience. If you have a particularly complicated delivery – a spiral staircase, narrow corridors, any obstacles to overcome – our team will contact you before. We can overcome most obstacles with specialised equipment or additional manpower, and if this is required, there will be a surcharge which will be passed onto you. This will all be flagged and discussed after your pre-delivery checklist.

Please note that we can deliver to the following locations, but there will be a surcharge which will be passed on to you, the customer: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, Eire, Northern Ireland, and offshore Isles. You won't be able to order to these locations on our website, so please contact us to get a quote at orders@discovermonk.com.
