END TIMER: Long press (3 second hold). The session time will continue to display for 60 seconds before reverting to neutral/home status.
TOGGLE: Two short presses will toggle back to the temperature while the timer is still running. The display will show the temperature for 5 seconds, before reverting back to the timer.
3. Temperature controls
Press the up and down buttons to choose the desired ‘set point’ temperature. Monk will display the set point temperature for 5 seconds before reverting back to the current temperature.
4. Cooling guides
Blue lines will indicate that Monk’s cooling to reach the set point, and orange lines will indicate that it’s heating to reach the set point. Each line represents two degrees.
